As a Consumer Experience Agent, you will be the front-line ambassador for our brands. We are looking for a candidate that will partner with our passionate and incredibly talented team to build a “World Class” consumer experience.

Responsible to carry a portfolio of accounts, typically large and complex Tier 1, for processing matters of accounts receivable and cash application. In addition, will support the broader AR department as a subject matter expert [SME] for automated reporting and system data management related to data analysis. Will participate in the evaluation of internal AR processes to revise procedures.

We are looking for a candidate that will partner with our passionate and incredibly talented team to build a “World Class” consumer experience.

The primary role of the Retention/CRM Manager is to assist in driving traffic, leads, and ecommerce sales for our company’s brand websites. They will work cross-functionally to determine appropriate content, target audience and success metrics for each campaign across brands. The Retention/CRM Manager will help develop email strategies and email communications to deliver best in class engagement to prospective and current customers.
